This year (2023) we once again provided event management support for the annual APCC and NPCC Partnership Summit. This event brought together over 350 of the most senior members of the UK Policing Community for a 2-day conference, dinner and exhibition, expertly hosted this year by Julie Etchingham. We were an integral part of the overall Summit planning team, responsible for sourcing and managing the venue and accommodation, all event logistics, set up and management of the event website and registration system, ticket sales, all communications with delegates, development of the event App and finance management.
We also developed and sold all sponsorship and exhibition packages, and managed relationships with all, including headline sponsors Deloitte, as well as others including Esri, Motorola, KMPG, Salesforce, Airbus, BT, Roke and many more.
We received some wonderful feedback from our clients at the APCC and NPCC:
“The Event Works Europe Ltd team were pivotal in the successful planning and delivery of the 2023 APCC/NPCC Annual Partnership Summit. The event management experience and knowledge amongst Jayne and all her team was crucial, providing NPCC and APCC with the confidence and assurance around the planning for the event, including aspects such as venue management, registration, the identification and onboarding of sponsors and exhibitors, catering, accommodation and AV. Their professionalism, diligence and overall support to this event has been first class and I would highly recommend them to others.”
Gemma Stannard, Head of NPCC Strategic Hub
“Jayne and the team at Event Works Europe Ltd supported us on the successful delivery of our APCC NPCC Partnership Summit. They are an integral part of the planning committee, taking care of all ticket sales, event website and app, venue logistics and AV, badging, accommodation and sponsorship and exhibition sales, and budget management.
Their support on this extremely high-profile event has been invaluable – they are responsive and flexible, dealing with any changes and last-minute demands with competence and professionalism.”
