In early October we delivered a 4-day event in Athens for The Climate Corporation which brought together 130 team members from 16 countries!
This was the first time the team had been together on this scale since pre-covid, so they wanted to make the most of their time together.
They brought us in at the very beginning of the planning, starting with the venue sourcing. After presenting options from a range of European cities, they settled on the Hyatt in Athens.
We worked closely with our client to plan the entire programme and social activities and accommodation, visiting Athens in advance of the event to meet with the hotel and selected dinner venues to plan everything perfectly. We also arranged all on-site branding, AV and branded T-Shirts and giveaways.
During the event, we managed conference logistics with the hotel, and were on-site throughout the whole event to ensure everything ran smoothly.
We partnered with Horizon Travel, part of Global DMC Partners, who assisted us with all the transfers and team activities.
The event was deemed a huge success and we were delighted to receive a glowing testimonial.
