When we’re asked to help source a venue, the process typically unfolds like this:
- We take down the brief from you about your event – this will involve us asking you lots of questions, in order to fully understand your requirements – often about things you haven’t even thought of!
- Based on this information, we do a search and present an agreed number of available options – remember, we can source venues anywhere in the world
- Subsequently, we can arrange site visits to your preferred options, and accompany you on the viewings and tastings – should you so wish
- Once you’ve selected your venue, we arrange the contract, and assist you with payment terms
- We can assist with accommodation as well as event venues
And when your event has been booked, we ensure the venue receives the crucial information they need – and within their deadlines; we look after all those vital details such as delegate numbers; catering, and any specialist dietary requirements; room layouts; audio visual requirements; VIP names; onsite registration, if required; delegate accommodation – either in the event venue or in a nearby location.
