The Sky’s the Limit at The Gherkin


Talking of the Gherkin, this iconic landmark features versatile event spaces, and of course has the added bonus of incredible panoramic views of London. With two larger event spaces that are ideal for conferences; award ceremonies; gala dinners etc., there’s also the option of five private dining rooms – perfect for smaller get-togethers such as breakfast/lunch meetings or networking; a popular choice currently, with many businesses embracing a ‘less is more’ approach.

Inspirational, Stylish – Bringing Miami to Moorgate!

In a vibrant location where the East End meets the City, the South Place Hotel offers a number of stylish meeting/event spaces. Each elegant room has the added advantage of natural daylight, perfect if you’re looking to create an inspirational workspace for your meeting.  Additionally, the library bar and lounge provide a more informal and intimate option – perfect for smaller meetings.

But perhaps the secret super-weapons of this hotel are the two outdoor terraces; the Insta-perfect Secret Garden is known as ‘the Miami of Moorgate’ – a stunning tropical garden and outside bar, fully equipped with all the creature comforts necessary to provide a paradisical climate all year round (including a fully retractable roof). Alternatively, another hidden gem and all-year round option is the Angler rooftop terrace – again with the advantage of a retractable roof. Situated in the heart of the city, The Westminster London (Curio Collection by Hilton) offers a collection of adaptable meeting spaces that benefit from natural daylight, combined with destination-inspired dining experiences to delight your clients/employees.

A great choice for team events and conferences, The Westminster benefits from a central location – ideal for those events where Ministers have been engaged to speak as part of the programme.

We particularly love the STK restaurant which is on the first floor of the hotel, a modern steakhouse and chic lounge in one; offering a dynamic vibe and dining experience with a traditional steakhouse. You could also incorporate a team dinner with some fun, as the hotel also boasts a private bowling alley, ideal for some competitive team spirit!

The hotel  has had a wonderful re-design and complete refurbishment. The meeting space is now on the ground floor with plenty of natural daylight, offering really up-to-the minute AV for up to 115 delegates theatre style, 60 cabaret and 100 for a dinner, smart furnishing and easily accessible.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City

Another ‘Westminster-friendly’ location, Church House is a Grade II listed, multi-purpose event venue that offers 19 characterful and flexible event spaces, ranging from large down to intimate.
