Supporting Neo4j to Deliver European Customer Events

EWE began working for Neo4j in 2015, supporting the delivery of events in the UK initially, and then subsequently across Europe. Founded in Sweden in 2000, their headquarters  are now in Silicon Valley, California and they sell their market-leading graph database platform world-wide.

For the past three years we have supported their EMEA Marketing team to deliver a roadshow of 8 customer events in Feb/March/April in Tel Aviv, Rome, Amsterdam, Madrid, London, Stockholm Berlin and Paris.

Event Works have been responsible for all venue sourcing and contract negotiations, planning hotel accommodation for staff travelling from all over the world, venue liaison on catering and AV,  on-site registration using a brilliant self-scan system.  

We also help in the budget management, keeping an up-to-date record of all costs in a shared document which is constantly accessible to the Marketing team.

We work closely with the EMEA Marketing team based in Germany, Amsterdam and London, with regular virtual meetings in the planning stages of the roadshow. We also assist them in sourcing venues for other events, workshops and training sessions throughout the year.  For 2019 and 2020 we sourced locations and venues for their week-long sales kick-off meetings, and organised all team activities, in Barcelona (2019) and Malta (2020).
