Connected Data London
This is an annual event which brings together like-minded ‘techie’s’ from around the world to learn and share ideas on graph database technology. This has become a 2-day event starting with a day of workshops followed by a one-day conference and exhibition.
Event Works are responsible for sourcing the event venue and hotel accommodation, managing contracts and payments, sourcing audio-visual providers, managing venue logistics including room layouts, staging, exhibition layout, timings and catering. Event Works also source branded event giveaways, and manage the event on-site, looking after sponsors and exhibitors, delegate registration and generally ensuring a smooth-running event.
For 2019 Event Works were also responsible for tele-marketing to encourage delegates from past events to book and attend.
Due to Covid-19, the 2020 face-to-face event is likely to be run as a virtual event instead.
