APCC NPCC Partnership Summit

For the past six years we have delivered the Annual APCC and NPCC Partnership Summit in London.

The event brings together around 350 senior policing representatives, including Chief Constables and Police and Crime Commissioners, for a 2-day conference with a gala dinner.  This is a high-profile event with keynote speakers included Senior Government Ministers.

A key element of the event is the vibrant exhibition with 5 sponsors and 28 exhibitors.

As the event management agency on this event, we work closely with colleagues from the APCC and NPCC as part of a core planning team. Our remit starts with venue sourcing and arranging contracts, for both the conference venue and hotel accommodation for staff, delegates and speakers. We are also responsible for full financial management including ticket sales and exhibition and sponsorship sales. We build and manage the event website and bespoke registration system with secure codes for booking by invited delegates.

We manage all venue liaison and logistics, venue security, AV provision, badge printing and on-site registration, delegate communications, design and print of the detailed event guide, gala dinner including booking speakers.

For the next event in 2021, we are exploring options for this to run as a hybrid event.


We have worked with Jayne, Sharon and the Event Works team for a number of years and they have always delivered a first-class event. Our annual event is high-profile, and we have the confidence that they take into account our audience, our aim and what we look to get the most out of the event.  

In the months we spend planning our event they become an extension of our team and are always available, not only for our scheduled meetings, but at the end of the phone or email when required. 

As well as ensuring the whole event runs smoothly they also play an important role in generating income, selling our range of sponsorship and exhibition packages which is a key part of our event. They also manage the budget and handle all of our ticket sales, and keep us regularly updated on finance.

For 2021 we are planning to run our event as a hybrid, allowing delegates to attend in person or virtually, and the Event Works team are helping us to consider the options along with different budget scenarios in order to ensure our delegates and organisations receive the best options available to us.
